A Picking and Distribution List is a report that lists tapes that are moving from one location to another.

The report is made up of four or more sections. Each section being tapes moving from a specific location (picking) and tapes moving to a specific location (distribution).

There will always be at least 4 reports because for there to be movement there must be at least two locations. In this instance, there will be a picking and distribution list for each of the two locations.
