+The No Distribution repository option removes the separate distribution/receipt stage for tapes moving to that repository.
+When set to True, picking a volume whose destination is this repository causes TapeTrack to confirm the movement automatically. The tape is therefore recorded as being in the destination repository without requiring a separate distribution or confirmation scan.

+  * Tape is in OFFS.
+  * It is placed in a move to LIBR.
+  * LIBR has No Distribution = True.
+  * When the tape is picked from OFFS, TapeTrack confirms it into LIBR.
